Location of First Circuit Courthouse in downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

For parking at the courthouse, drive past the State Capitol, the Capital Lake, and the First Circuit Courthouse building (on right).  You will turn right into the North Campus Parking Lot (signage pictured) immediately past the First Circuit Courthouse building.
