Pursuant to and acting under the authority of La. R.S. 13:352 and 352.1 and La. R.S. 13:10.3(E), the following fees have changed:  
  • Civil Appeal (for each docket number in a consolidated case) $327.00
  • Civil Writ Application $177.00
  • Rehearing, Application for civil only (appeal or writ) $102.50
