Reasonable Accommodations for Users of Court Facilities

The Court of Appeal, First Circuit does not discriminate on the basis of disability.  The First Circuit makes reasonable efforts to ensure that qualified individuals with disabilities have access to the services, programs, activities, and employment at the First Circuit and that upon request reasonable accommodations are provided to applicants, employees, and patrons with disabilities, unless such request would pose an undue hardship or fundamentally alter the nature of the job, program, or activity to do so.  If you are a person with a disability who needs reasonable accommodation, you may be entitled, at no cost to you, to the provision of certain assistance.
